Well if a person were to have the knowledge and skill to restore pipes, and then turn around and sell them for a small profit on another
auction site. The profit might be used to purchase said cigars.

I looked up a couple pipes with an ashtray and lighter, shipping and handling to my house for this $12.99 set is $48.95, they are out of their mind.
