| Aww come on... who doesn't want a volcano of coffee grounds and boiling water first thing in the morning? LOL - to be fair though, it does make some of the finest coffee I have ever had... |

X2, don't have time to brew but if I could I would use the French press. True and tried..... |

| I have a Bodum Santos stovetop glass vacuum coffee maker, got it for the wife a few years ago. Your right it makes great coffee, but a pain in the rear to clean everytime. Its a novelty now for the kids to see once in awhile. We stick to the drip maker and when I'm out hunting or camping the perculator over the fire makes awesome coffee too. |

Feedback Rating: 0 Location: Paranaque, Philippines | i've had coffee brewed using the vacuum pot once in a cafe. It was a cool thing to see since' it did involve a lot of presentation. The coffee was the civet coffee, which may not appeal to everyone. but it was nice cup! |

I've had no shortage of instances where the filter in the drip machine collapsed or the carafe wasn't seated on the burner properly only to find that there had been an eruption when I got up at 04:30 for a day shift. |
