You've probably heard about the tobacco tax hike being bantered about.  I found this article that talks about the tobacco tax hike.  Apparently, the bulk is aimed at cigarettes but it would affect cigars as well.  They say in this article as much as $10 a stick???  What the F?

This stuff just drives me crazy.  I'll tell you what will happen if it gets passed.  I'll just bbuy them from out of the country and have them shipped.  People are doing it now with cigarettes.

Yeah.  It's pretty frustrating.  Hopefully they'll just stick it to the cigarettes.  I can't really believe they would put such a high tax on cigars.  We'll see.

This whole thing seems crazy.  The point of this is to fund some childrens healthcare thing.  I think that is a very noble effort, but this is not the right way to dit.
