I was going through my humidor last night and came across 2 sticks that had the white dust.  I took a close look and saw that it was indeed plume.  For some reason this always gets me excited as it doesn't happen too often.

I'll be trying another one of these babies tonight to see what a difference the age makes.

Do you guys see this much?

Every now and then I find a cigar in one of my humidors that has developed plume.  Usually its cigars that have been sitting for at least a year or so.  Its a sign that your sticks are being properly stored.  But It's not real common for me.

I usually burn through mine before I ever see plume.  I'm not very good at letting them age that long.

Twenty years ago we had Steve Jobs, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope.  Now we have no jobs, no cash and no hope. Please don't let Kevin Bacon die!

I have it just starting on two of my sticks.  I am looking forward to trying them soon, and leaving a review of it.
