Can I use the small Boveda paks in a travel humidor?
Is it OK for the pak to touch the cigars?

I use a 69 mini in my 5ct, and a pair of large 65s in my 40ct.

I leave the cello on, so don't worry about the packs touching in the 5ct, although if there is a naked one or two, I usually try to position the Boveda pack around them.  The 40 ct. the packs fit in the side so they won't touch anyway.

Yes use one and like mentioned, in the cello it can touch.

I've never had an issue with a Boveda pack touching an un-cello'd cigar or vice-versa.  I've got a couple of the black Humi-care Herf-a-dors (and clones).  The damn things are so airtight, I usually don't worry about humidification unless the trip is going to be aver a week or two.
