I smoke cigars occasionally, I don't know a lot about cigars. Like I'm at the cigar store, the man behind the counter says "what kind of cigars do you like?" "Uhh... Itsaboys." ~Mitch Hedberg~

Just make sure you put enough padding inside so it can take the abuse of the USPS banging it around. I personally like to spend a couple extra dollars and get a thicker tupperware container with the locking flaps but that is just my personal opinion.

Getting a pass that has a container that is too small is a real bummer. It makes sending an extra stick or two nearly impossible. I'd start with something a little larger than needed and use bubble wrap as Brian suggests.I'd use the larger Boveda and send an extra sealed Boveda that can be deployed midway through the event if needed - assuming 12-15 people, the pass can be "out" for 7 to 10 weeks and I couldn't imagine anything worse than getting your pass back and the sticks are dried out.
