Home made bacon in process !

Not about cigars, but there is smoke involved !

Cured a pork belly slab all week and now it is getting smoked in hickory. Will post pics when it is done. Now I just have to be patient, I think a cigar will help.

Sounds great, I made some buck board bacon last year by curing & smoking a pork shoulder it was good but I  want to do a pork belly next should be really good. Waiting to see results.
