Made by Big Black Dick Rum company.  They're much more known for their Rum than cigars.

I so wanted to add these to the database but the site doesn't have any details about them.  I'm very tempted to contact them and buy a few.

This looks like a novelty shop that doesn't produce any products. They feed off the shock value of their name and contract with other firms to make the various tourist items, including the cigars. It's probably crap, because most buyers save their cigars to show people, and smoking it would defeat that purpose.

 Yeah...I can't imagine the stuff is any good, but it is good for a laugh.
