Several people have made comments about wanting to build a humidor. Way back in 2012 I posted a fairly detailed account of what goes into building one of my humidors. There are several ways to go about it but this is how I do it. I've taken the liberty of reposting those old threads so you can get an idea of how it works. Hope this might help a little.

As one of those people who has been expressing interest, thank you. By the way, please tell me that's your home wood shop!?!?!?

Great series of posts, one of the first I read when I found this site really enjoyed reading them, so much so that I was a little sad when I got to the end. Excellent work!

I'm pretty jealous, like I said, I do some wood working, but my set up is very limited in comparison. When my wife and I talk about our dream home, I always talk about having a shop... one of these days.

Very nice, Ken! How about a pix of it a few years later with a few cigars stashed inside?

Ken you do a heck of a job! I wish I was more of a flat work guy, but I am more of a turner.
