I don't know who else is in SE Texas, but anyone heard from Dan (KidMontana) in Houston?  Anyone else in the SE Texas disaster?   Just want to check in on everyone.

Brian was drafting with us for Fantasy Football Tuesday night so I assume all is well with him also.  :thumbsup:

Dan was on the herf for a bit with us the other night.  He is in DFW area.

It was a nice sight to see him and he had some great stories about getting out of the Houston area.

Keeping them all in my prayers, really bad out there right now.
I used to sit outside all night and drink bud lite and smoke Marlboros and everyone thought I was a bum. Now I sit outside all night and drink craft beers and smoke cigars and everyone thinks I have class.

I've got a number of friends down there and boy did it get dicey in a lot of areas. Some of the pictures and videos they sent were crazy. Looks like they are on the back side of it, the difficult job starts now, clean up and rebuilding. I wish everyone well....

We were blessed in Buda, and the Austin area as well. Lots of rain, high winds, knocked out some power lines and downed some trees. We are going to feed 40-50 first response folks and volunteers this Monday, and donating what we can, to help out our brothers and sisters who have been affected. If y'all feel compelled to donate money to the cause, it will help a great deal. If you donate, let me know and I will send you some cigars once things settle a bit, just to say thank you...may you all have a blessed day!  :biggrin:  :bigthumbs:
