There are a lot of opportunities, but I second Casa Fuente.  Bring your wallet and your loan officer.

I 2nd Casa Fuente at Ceasars it's amazing! Can be busy and pricey but the house cigars are amazing also the house Mojito is off the charts. Take a couple hundred with you as you will want to take some of those Casa Fuente sticks home with you as it's the only place in the US (I believe) you can purchase them, the Lancero is a personal fav :smoker:

There is a relatively new cigar bar in Caesars called Montecristo. It's a gorgeous bar, nice humidor(expensive), several TVs.  https://www.caesars.com/caesars-palace/things-to-do/montecristo_cigar_bar#.Wbb1V_6ovRY

Casa Fuente is in the Ceasar Forum Shops, great place, great cigars...also expensive.

We've smoked a bunch in Caesars at the Lobby Bar, bring your cigar, buy drinks. they have tvs there also and great people watching. https://www.caesars.com/caesars-palace/things-to-do/lobby-bar#.Wbb1Mv6ovRY

Rhumbar at the Mirage has a small humidor, allows smoking. http://www.rhumbarlv.com/

Davidoff http://davidoffcigarbarlv.com/ have not been there, but heard it's very nice.

Those are where I've smoked when in Vegas. Most of the casinos still allow cigar smoking on the floor, but not at the casino bars. Except a handful here and there.
This is not the admin you're looking for...

^^Good list from ninfiction! The first three bars all owned by the same guy, all great options imo. He just opened another cigar shop right behind Caesars called Cigar Box. Never been but it looks great online and it's more of your traditional cigar store type of venue. Enjoy!

I'll smoke what I like 'till I cough and I wheeze
I'll drink and I'll whore and every pleasure realize
