With the gracious permission of the Brian I am offering a contest to support growing Geeks donations to his fundraising.

So for everyone who makes a donation, of any size, to his fundraising drive for St. Baldricks will get entered into a drawing for a a high-end fiver.  Minimum value $100 (Keystone or MSRP)

Brian only has full access to who has made donations and this is not about how much anyone person donated and how much someone donates will only be with Brian and not made part of this contest. 

One donation of any amount = one entry.
One entry limit per Geek.
All donor names are confirmed by Brian

I will posts two lists while this contest goes forward.
1 - Geeks qualified as provided by Brian
2 - Will do a count down of the cigars to be in the fiver

This is how it will go down.  Each Geek will be assigned a random number based on the final number of participants.  The list will be emailed to Brian as security.
On this Thursday's herf one Geek of my choosing, yes its my contest, my choice, will choose the winning number.

Well as you know the NFL draft is Thursday night and should make for an interesting herf.  I am trying to figure out how to tie in the winning number into the NFL draft.

This is going to be freaky but I am hoping that it will be fun at the same time  Tonight is the NHL draft at 8:00 EST.

The Cleveland Browns have the first pick and there seems to be a lot of pundits with different opinions

Each team is allowed 10 minutes to pick, there are 12 Geek entered. 10 mins = 600 seconds, 600 seconds / 12 Geeks = 50 secs per Geek.  I created twelve 50 second segments.  I put the Geeks in a random order and assigned each a number.  I then (using random.org) assigned random numbers to the twelve 50 sec time slots.  Then each Geek was matched with the corresponding time slot.  So, Geek #1 got the time slot randomly assigned #1

Here is the table of times

 The winner will be chosen by the time that the Cleveland Browns turn in their first pick.  So for example if the Browns pick is in at 5:38 then the winner would be Emerson, if the pick is 7:03 then the winner is Bruce.

 The “pick is in” time will be determined by the broadcast.  While the Browns are “on the clock” they will show the countdown to 0:00.  The they flash up or say, “the pick is in” that will stop the clock and whatever that time is will be the winning time 

We will be using the Fox Sports feed as the official clock, if it happens to hit the exact time between two people (example 4:10 or 7:30), then the winner winner will be decided in a coin flip
