Hello, I just found this forum and thought I would introduce myself.  I just "found" the enjoyment of cigars about a month ago and I have been hooked ever since.  I've been buying quite a few samplers so I can pick out some of my favorites.  I am not in a position to go but $2-300 boxes of cigars, but more likely some of the lower priced premiums have interested me.  I am trying some $50 ish dollar box stuff to find a "daily" smoke and then grab a few higher dollar sticks for a relaxing evening smoke. One a day isn't so painful to the wallet.

I actually found my way here looking for a virtual humidor where I can keep inventory of my cigars.  I find the one here to be easy to use and will help me keep track of my supply and age of things.  Thanks for having me and I'll look around the forums and learn a few things.

Welcome to the group! A lot of us here smoke a wide ranging $$ of cigars like you mentioned. You'll see great deals on great cigars quite often around here too.

Welcome to Cigar Geeks!  I wouldn't worry about buying boxes, even the $50 variety, unless you find something you really like.  In the 10 years or so that I've been an avid cigar smoker, I've probably bought less than 20 true boxes, and maybe that many full bundles.  All my other purchases have been samplers or 5-packs.  I've found my likes and tastes change, and smaller quantities of a larger variety allow me to smoke whatever my little heart desires at any given moment.  Enjoy the journey!

No wrong choice in smoking what you like.  Lots of great options.  A good everyday smoke that I enjoy is the CAO Brazilia GOL! and the Tat Series P, bot are a little more at $70/box.  But now as a Geek you can get a discount at Famous putting than around $60.   Also watch the email deals on La Palina Red or Black toros, easily in the $50 range and I ahve paid as little as $2 a stick for a very good everyday / yardgar smoke

Welcome to the site.  Smoke what you like.  There are some very nice cigars in that price range.  Always keep your eyes out for deals posted here on this site and some of the websites like CigarPage and the like.
