Our country has plenty of five-cent cigars, but the trouble is they charge fifteen cents for them.

There you go. There is so many different cigars on the market today. You will find yourself in a daze, but that sure is a start!

You did good.  Now start enjoying them and figure out which ones you like, which ones you don't, and what to look for in the next round.

That's a lot of nice stuff for your first haul. You're on a good start.
Looking for specific 17-inch truck wheels that I could use for off-road driving. Any suggestions?

Good call getting a few of each. Smoke those before you go crazy and start buying boxes to get a feel for what you like (which will change). Enjoy em and keep one to have one of the first you bought for a special occasion or just to have for a memory.
