I am always like to see ,hear and read about how others does certain things, not because I want to mirror them, but good to know.

Now I would be interested to hear about your personal cigar preferences in terms of:
- General strength of cigars you smoke ( if you are a mild smoker, or rather full lover)
- if smoking different strength cigars over the day, then what do you smoke in the morning, what in the evening?

The video started to think about this was a great movie I have seen on YouTube, from NatGeo:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXyfCGDnuWs&t=364s

About my habits, as first in the row:
- I am still a mild smoker, and like from  minutos/perlas size up to corona ( depending on the time I have for smoke)
- In the morning, or before lunch if I smoke I smoke mostly mild ( maybe mild-medium), because my palate and my brain can't hold cigars stronger than medium,
- Medium, and stronger I smoke around 2-3pm, or in the evening.

I smoke max 2 per day, I can't take more :-D

Thnx for your experiences on this..

I'm still learning and developing my palate but I tend to like medium/full and full body/strength. I do on occasion like a mild and am fond of the Macanudo Cafe series. As for shape I very much like the look of a Perfecto. They just look classic looking to me. I tend to gravitate toward Robustos, Coronas, and Toros.

Medium to full but mostly full body, it really doesn't matter what time of day. I like to smoke in the morning along with a good cup of coffee, but seldom get the chance during the week. I average about 7 cigars a week but will smoke more when doing certain things like hanging with my cigars buddy's or on vacation. I like Toro's the best but certainly don't mind the other sizes.

I enjoy the full range of cigars from Connies to maduro/oscuro/Mexican San Andres. I smoke any strength at any time.

I tend to start my day with something in the mild or medium range and progress to stronger cigars during the day. I smoke about 3-7 sticks a day depending on what I have to do. Less work = more cigars~!

Generally I fall into the full range and willing to smoke that most anytime.  that being said there starting your multi cigar day off near the top isn't always the best of ideas, if you want to taste and enjoy the others.  Lately my weekend mornings have been focused on the Roma Craft Intemperance EC Industry.  A great beli that is smooth and creamy.  Have plenty of medium and medium-full in the humi just to keep the change

Lots of habits here, and all good ones too. I smoke all strengths mostly equally. If I only have one cigar in a day, it will be medium to full and it can be anytime of the day or night. If I smoke more than one stick in a day, I will smoke the stronger one in the early afternoon and a milder one in the evening. A strong cigar before bed is a no no for me, the nicotine keeps me awake like a coffee might do for others. If I smoke three cigars in a day, which is fairly rare, I smoke the stronger one first before lunch, the medium one second in the afternoon, and the last one in the evening is a mild one. My first cigar is usually after lunch, but sometimes it can be after breakfast.

My go to stronger cigar: Oliva V Double Robusto 5x54

My go to medium smoke: something Fuente, or My Father (Flor de Las Antilles)

My go to milder stick: Montecristo, 5 Vegas Gold, RyJ

I like a mild to medium after lunch - a petite panatela or robusto. After dinner I like various strengths and mostly smoke toro or torpedo size sticks - up to two-hour cigars. Two per day is my limit.

I smoke many different brands and strengths....at least one a day but usually 2 (more days than not) -  I like to match mine up to what I'm doing (time wise), eating or drinking - just depends really.

I am all over the place on this. When I get to the shop, and I have had breakfast, then anything goes when it comes to the cigar I will start the day with. I had been smoking a lot of connecticut cigars the past year, and have started to transition back to medium and full cigars. My mood, the weather, where I am, who I am with, and other factors determine my cigar choice...but, most times, I let the cigar pick me. It says "hey nirab, smoke me"...and, so I do!      :bigthumbs:

I smoke mostly in the afternoons and evenings.  Love med to full. Leaning more full later in the evenings. Morning smokes usually come from a pipe.
Tobacco anyone?

I tend to prefer full body and strength.  I like my coffee dark roast or espresso, and I over-season most foods.

I do enjoy the mild-medium body/strength, but have been left wanting more at times after finishing a lighter stick.

I'm currently enjoying 1 or 2 a day, although some herfs get out of hand, and can turn into a 3-4 cigar kind of night.

Rebecca Silverwolf

I prefer sticks anywhere in the mild-medium to medium-full range, I typically avoid the far ends of the spectrum. Normally I only smoke in the evenings, and will smoke whatever sounds good at the time. On the rare occasions I do smoke earlier in the day, I'll go with something a bit milder.

Smoking a cigar is like a watching good film with your love mate. It is my passion. Thanks for inviting me here.  I am glad to become a member of your great community, just like yesterday I became  a member of express-essays.com!
