I happened to be in Austin this week and was determined to find time and make it out to visit a fellow geek @nirab

I only had a few hours and it was totally worth the trip out to Buda to see The Cigar Vault.   Once I introduced myself to Brian, he welcomed me (as well as anyone else who came into the shop) with open arms and I felt as if I was part of the family.   It was awesome to meet and hang with him for awhile.   The Vault (humidor) itself and the history of the building is so cool.   I only wish I had more time in town and I'm looking forward to trying a few of the new sticks I picked up as well (micallef, flatbed, plasencia etc).

So if you ever find your self in Buda, be sure to visit Brian.  He's the real deal. Good time, fun place and great people.

I'm very grateful for your visit Steve! One of the truly wonderful gifts of this site is meeting fellow geeks in person. I look forward to your next visit, and thank you for your kind words... :rocker

Looking forward to the next geeks that hit the Vault!
