Well it looks like I am no longer able to represent the NM 505 on CG. I will now be coming to you live from the PNW out of SW Oregon. My uncle passed in February and left his 82 year old wife with more than she can handle on her own. The wife was able to transfer right away and I stayed in New Mexico until the daughter's were out of school and now here we are, living the dream out of a Fleetwood all in the name of taking care of family. Isn't life grand
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

I used to be a people person, but then people ruined that for me.

Family first bro, good on you.  Good luck and prayers to you and your family!

It is the circle of life, they take care of us and we end up taking care of them. Good on you.

I grew up N of there in Albany.  Beautiful country, you have the coast highway and lots of National forest land.  Points of interest:  Crater Lake is an awesome site, Coos Bay, Rogue River just to name a few.  Enjoy!

Gotta love life and its little challenges! But they really can turn out well in the end especially when you have family.

I for one would much rather be in Oregon than New Mexico, but I'm allergic to heat. Props to you for being the one to do the caretaking, not everyone is cut out for it.
