That's the whiskey made by the Ezra Zion guys.  I'm sure THEY will tell you its the best, unparalleled, second-to-none, most dignified, creamiest, richest, spiciest, most balanced whiskey ever made in the history of the world, distilled by angels and bottled by virgins!  Be careful, you may never want to drink any other whiskey again!  Heck, you might never want to drink water again!

Hey! How come Habana is written on here with a Sharpie ?!?

A day without whiskey is like . . . just kidding, I have no idea!

:lmao: maybe so, but I've been curious to try it.

Let me know what you think about it after you've tried it a few times. Maybe its great.  I am always curious to try new whiskeys, but have a difficult time getting past all the BS hype (same for cigars).

I'm also interested to know what you think. Really curious if having the wood in the bottle really does "age" it. Not that I will be able to get it anytime soon.
This is not the admin you're looking for...

I sure hope they aren't putting their morningwood in the bottle

So to follow up on this, I finally cracked open my last of 3 different bottles.  I bought the Rye, Wheat, and Bourbon.  They're all worth the reasonable price of admission ($45/bottle).  The bourbon is solid and easily my favorite, good quality for the money in my opinion.  Not quite as complex like a Booker's or Blanton's in terms of how many different things you sequentially taste but it's got that sweet beginning, spicy finish, and it's pretty smooth.  The wheat is also good but not quite the same depth of flavors as the bourbon.  The Rye is a little more on the average side IMO.

In reading up more on this, the spire doesn't really age it in the bottle, but can tend to smooth it out.

Anyway, if you're curious like I was, I'd suggest trying the bourbon or maybe the wheat.
