| Hey fellas, just thought I'd share my latest project with my BOTLs, a little side table for the couch. Didn't quite get the effect I was going for in the middle, should've gone more random in the colors, but I like how the scattered pattern against the straight border turned out...

Thanks! Several coats of polyurethane with light sanding. In retrospect I think I should've done an epoxy poured over the top, would've given me a smoother more uniform surface without the slight discoloration that the polyurethane introduces. I don't mind the discoloration much, gives it an antique look, but not as vibrant as it could be. |
