This is what I've been drinking for the past week or so.  I roasted to about a City roast maybe a City+.  It is really a remarkable cup, very sweet and bright, with flavors of almonds, vanila, and some fruity elements.  It is very well balanced and seems to become more complex as it cools in the cup.  A fantastic coffee!!!!

FWIW the first time I roasted it I took it to a Full City+ and it really was over roasted IMHO, became very bright with a noticable decrease in flavor.
